How it works
- Scroll down to the form and describe the concern: what, where (block and lot or street) and since when.
- Leave the name and email fields blank to post anonymously.
- The HOA admin reviews every complaint before it appears on this board, so posts stay respectful and spam-free.
- The Board replies to complaints right here so everyone can follow the resolution.
Board rules
- Focus on subdivision matters: security, garbage collection, roads and drainage, streetlights, noise, pets, parking, dues and amenities.
- No names, photos or personal details of other residents. Describe the issue, not the person.
- Posts with insults, threats or private information will not be approved.
- For emergencies, call the guard house or local authorities instead of posting here.
Privacy note: names and emails are never required or shown. Like every website, the server records basic technical data such as IP addresses, which only the site administrator can see.
